The hotel room was spacious! It had great views. Breakfast offered a wide selection. The pool area was quite relaxing. I found it enjoyable.

I noticed there were no robes in the spa changing room lockers.

disjointed service overcrowded pool

my stay wasnt great. the service felt disjointed. getting a simple request fulfilled seemed difficult. also, the pool was overcrowded with kids. it was hard to relax in the spa area.

top-end linens turn down service

i found the gym very nice. it had multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. the spa was relaxing i really enjoyed it. the perfect rooms had top-end linens. turn down service was a plus!

convenient location high standard room lovely staff

The location was convenient. Near liverpool street station and various shops. the room had high standards. It was excellent. the staff was lovely and nothing proved too difficult.

the breakfast service was slow one morning. this caused a small delay in my schedule, though it was resolved quickly.
